Overview
This vulnerability is an arbitrary file deletion flaw caused by insufficient validation of file paths within the deleteImage() function of the Import Export Suite for CSV and XML Datafeed WordPress plugin. The affected component improperly sanitizes user-supplied input used to specify files for deletion, allowing path traversal. This issue exists in all versions up to and including 7.19, and was reintroduced in 7.20 before being patched in 7.20.1.
